Metropolitan Suites - Zapopan

The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from major attractions and a great food scene. the room was well-equipped, with everything we needed for our city getaway. the complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch, and we appreciated the security of the building.

First, there was no central air conditioning, and the provided fan didn't quite cut it.

The hotel's location was convenient and safe, with good security measures. the rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Guests appreciated having in-room amenities such as a washer/dryer, cooking equipment, and complimentary drinks in the refrigerator.

Some guests reported poor housekeeping, with dirty sponges and bathrooms, dusty floors, and missing hand soap.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to many shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms were well decorated and had a washer and dryer in the unit, which was a great convenience for a business trip. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to stay a few hours longer, which was greatly appreciated.

The lack of central A/C made the stay a bit uncomfortable, especially when only one fan was provided for two bedrooms. The check-in process was confusing and required us to radio the staff through security to get the keys.
